The Office of the Youth Minister has been vacant since August 26, 2013 following the sack of the former minister Inuwa Abdulkadir, after engaging in some activities contrary to the ideals of the present administration.

YNaija threw up a poser on the social media network, Twitter, asking who the readers would nominate to be selected for the position and the answers received came in as an eye-opener.

Names ranging from Fela Durotye, a widely popular motivational speaker to Don Jazzy, the super-producer and head huncho at MAVIN record label were muted.
