Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is considering joining the battle for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez.
The People says Manchester United ace Wayne Rooney is Mourinho's priority, but he is willing to look elsewhere if he can't settle on a deal with Old Trafford chiefs.
Chelsea have also been given encouragement to bid for Liverpool's Suarez by his camp.
The Uruguayan is a long-shot option but could yet move up the wish list.
