Africa Needs Graduates Who Create Jobs – Nda-Isaiah

The chairman of LEADERSHIP Group, Mr Sam Nda-Isaiah, has said that Africa needs an educational system that produces entrepreneurs rather than one that produces job-seeking graduates.

He said, "One way to achieve this is to redirect the education system that produces graduates who are job seekers to producing graduates who are job creators. African has vast natural resources to engage the minds and entrepreneurship desires of its young people and that is what the current generations of African leaders should work towards.

"Africans must go back to industrialisation and massive agricultural investment in order to tackle the issues of poverty and a growing unemployment. African leaders must start investing heavily in job creation in order to eradicate poverty.
